Having established itself over 2 decades providing services in property management. Nazca Gulf is a JV between Nazca Italy and its local chapter reinventing itself as s a new player in the real estate brokerage business
 
  • OBJECTIVE
Nazca wanted to showcase the variety of big-ticket developer properties it offered, through its social media earned channel. It wanted to build anticipation for future real estate projects, build customer confidence in the brand and generate MQLs.
 
  • SOLUTION
Our team saw the opportunity to use engaging, creative social media at the core of our social strategy which catapulted Nazca as one of the TOM realtors in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Content, and community management via selected social media platforms were also pivotal in lining up Nazca as the leading broker with great terms.
