  • BACKGROUND

IFI is on the journey of promoting its website/services to a B2B audience focusing on new distributors, HORECA in the GCC & Export markets.

  • OBJECTIVE

The goal was to re-publish and revamp the existing site and provide a simple UX/UI experience. To harbour quality bi-lingual (English/Arabic) editorial with informational content that would improve overall customer experience and differentiate it from its competitors

  • SOLUTION

Our team of content writers – had to re-write the content to a more dynamic B2B version – as part of the overall messaging. A full factory video shoot had to be done as we were tasked to deliver the storyboard, shoot end to end – that would be the lynchpin masthead to the home page of the website to engage with its B2B audience. The developers through technical discovery and the existing technology stack built a custom-built website that targeted both B2B and showcased recipes for B2C customers as part of their phased growth plans.

  • RESULTS 

The entire project was carried out in 4 weeks from end to end. The simple UX experience immediately brought about new distribution enquiries. 72% increase in traffic – 63% increase in user sessions – improved load time by 69%
